Mango Syrup

Serving – 1

1 ounce mango juice – (included in price of mango)*
1 teaspoon sugar – $0.01
3 drops vanilla – $0.10
1/2 teaspoon butter – $0.02

After you have cut the mango, squeeze the remaining flesh around the pit through a fine mesh strainer into a pan.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar and whisk.
Heat on medium-low until it starts to thicken. This will only take a minute or two.
Take off heat, and add 3 drops vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of butter.
Whisk.
Set aside to cool.

*If you’re purchasing some mango juice blend, add $0.13
