This is atypical in that it is an eggless recipe. That is so you can throw them together from a prepared mix in 10 minutes in the morning, and do them in single servings. If it’s more than just you, I would recommend pancakes with eggs in them. They’re fluffier.
But these are good too:

1 cup all-purpose flour $0.25
2 tablespoons sugar $0.05
2 teaspoon baking powder $0.06
1/2 teaspoon baking soda $0.01
1/4 teaspoon salt $0.01
Total for recipe – $0.38 or $0.10 per serving
