*Even though this is a low calorie count (relatively), all this fat makes me feel satisfied, and this is about all I need. However, today would be a good day for a snack if you want one.
Matchstick Carrots in Creamy Caesar or Sourdough Bread with butter or both, or a small apple, or all three – those three together would only put you 4 cents over budget, and you’d still be under 2,000 for the day.
