Orange pancakes with Mango Syrup, Fresh Mango, Bacon, and Coffee

Orange Pancakes

Servings – 3-4 pancakes

Total for recipe – $0.39 per serving
Calories: 310 Fat: 10.5 Protein: 5.25  

I replaced the tablespoon of yogurt in this recipe with a tablespoon of orange juice. I figured there would be enough tang from the mango.

Mango Syrup

Serving – @ 1 tablespoon

Mango

Serving – 1 mango

The best way to cut a mango is to cut the flesh off the pit. Then take the pieces and make long vertical cuts without piercing the skin, and then cross those with horizontal cuts.
Then you can cut the chunks right off.
