Fried Chicken, Buttermilk Biscuit, Oven-Baked Seasoned Fries, and Chocolate Ice Cream

Fried Chicken

Serving – 2 pieces

Fried Chicken – $3.18
Cooking spray – $0.05

Total for recipe – $3.23 per serving
Calories: 400 Fat: 22.5 Protein: 30  

If reheating:
Heat oven to 450F.
Place Fried Chicken on a small pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Prep fries to cook at the same time if doing.
Cook ten minutes on each side or until warmed through and crispy.

Buttermilk Biscuit

Serving – 1 biscuit

Total for recipe – $.23 per serving
Calories: 288 Fat: 12.3 Protein: 4.25  

Take Buttermilk Biscuit from freezer. If making from scratch, recipe here.
When you flip the chicken, add the biscuit to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.

Oven Baked Seasoned Fries

Servings – 1

Total for recipe – $.72 per serving
Calories: 200 Fat: 4 Protein: 3.9  

Recipe here.
Heat pan in oven for 3 minutes, then place fries in with the chicken.

Chocolate Ice Cream

Servings – 1 1/2 cup

Total for recipe – $ 0.79 per serving
Calories: 257 Fat: 20.32 Protein: 4
